Inspect and test staff

• Meeting to discuss your fire, smoke and security door requirements
• Quarterly/Six monthly/Annual fire, smoke and exit door inspections along with inspections for paths of egress and passive fire
• Issue log books and asset registers to comply with AS1851 – 2012
• Identify non-compliant issues on your site and provide a quote for repairs

 

Installation staff

• Repair, upgrade, retrofit seals and hardware which ensure that your doors comply with AS 1905. We also ensure that all hardware and seals fitted meet AS1530.4
• Repair minor delamination and holes in fire doors
• Supply and fit stainless steel kickplates to protect doors
• Install new fire doors in a range of finishes – ply, metal cladding, colourbond
• Repair metal frames and rehand doors to swing in the direction of egress
